Q: I still don't know how big an item is,what should I do?
A: Use a ruler, if you don't have a ruler lying around, try this actual size online ruler.
Q: I received my package, but items are defective/damaged, what should I do?
A: Please contact us at admin@isewfordoll.com or click the Message Us button on the right hand corner and send us a message with pictures, we will handle it.
Q: What are the comparison price and savings all about?
A: Everything on our website is much cheaper than our etsy store. The comparison price is to compare with our etsy store price and show how much you are saving when you order from our website instead of our etsy store.

Q: What's your shipping charge to a place in ___?

Q: Can you mail the item in an envelope?
A: Sorry, we only ship with boxes or bubble mailer with tracking number, we can't ship in an envelope.
Q: Where is my package?
A: You can track your package at USPS.COM.
Q: When will you ship my order?
A: We ship Monday through Saturday. (Exclude holidays), Please check out our shipping page for more details.
Q: Is there a cheaper shipping method?
A: Sorry, there's not. This is the cheapest shipping method USPS offers now.
Q: It's not Sunday, why didn't you ship my order? 
A: It must be because of a holiday that the post office is closed. Check our store blog for updates.
Q: Why is the postage so expensive?
A: We feel the same way. USPS has been increasing their shipping rate 1-2 times a year and we wish that they would stop too. Meanwhile, we charge postage based on a USPS discounted shipping rate plus $0.50 handling fee.
Q: Why are you charging a $0.50 handling fee?
A: The $0.50 doesn't go into our pocket, this is used for the postage transaction fee and for shipping supplies. For example, when a buyer bought an order of buttons for $1, and paid $13 for first class international shipping, we will have to pay an approximately $0.70 transaction fee simply for the postage payment. This doesn't include the shipping supplies and item cost. 
Q: I think my package is lost, what should I do?
A: If you think your package is lost, please contact us at admin@isewfordoll.com or click the Message Us button on the right hand corner and we will take care of it.

Q: Can I send you cash/money order?
A: Sorry, we only accept credit card or PayPal right now.
Q: Is the payment method secure?
A: Yes, the credit payment is powered by Shopify, you will be totally fine. If you still have doubts, you could always use PayPal to check out.

Q: Can you send me an e-label for return?
A: Sorry, we currently cannot do this. We suggest you print out a shipping label via USPS.COM, or go to your local post office.

A: Yes. We sell buckles, not personal information.
Q: How do I create an account?
