However, no need to worry, it’s not easy for virus to survive on packages and we are located in a small city where is safe and our working environment is very clean. I would still recommend you to wash your hands after you open the package, overall, the package needs to travel a lot to arrive in your mailbox.

However, most packages arrives within 10-21 days, unless delayed by uncontrollable factors like customs delay, severe weather condition and such.

Q: What if I’m not happy with my order and I want to return them? Is it going to be hard to return internationally?

A: I know your concern about international return, that’s why we also set an office in United States, you can either return your order to our China office or you can return it to our US office, whatever is more convenient for you.
